1、摘要随着2000年第八次基础教育课程改革的开展，艺术教育受到了空前重视，进入了新的发展时期。在新的历史条件下，现行的美术教学评价过分重视教学结果，以教师对学生的作品评价为主，制约了美术教育功能的充分发挥，影响我国基础教育阶段美术教育事业的发展，因此，现行美术教学评价体系已不能适应素质教育的要求，改革势在必行。本文主要探究美术教学评价体系的构建，着眼于实际课堂，包括课堂上学生表现的评价、学生学业的评价等。全文共分为四章。第一章从选题、美术教学评价的概念等方面加以分析；第二章从评价的价值取向、评价所依据的主要理论分析了新课程背景下的美术教学评价理念的转变；第三章分析

2、了新课程美术教学评价发展的现状和趋势，分别阐述了传统课程教学评价的局限性、世界评价理论的发展和趋势、我国美术教学评价的现状和发展趋势；第四章从现实教学评价实践操作过程中出现的问题出发，提出了新课程美术教学评价的策略，综合前人的论述，建构起可操作的美术教学评价体系。最后，针对研究中存在的问题与不足进行了总结与说明，并对后续研究进行了展望。关键词新课程；美术教学评价；质性评价ABSTRACTWiththedevelopingoftheeighthreformofprimaryeducationsince2000，theartassessmenthasbecomemo
