1、茯苓、薏苡仁、冬瓜仁对肺纤维化大鼠肺组织TGF-B,、TNF—Q影响的实验研究摘要目的:借助大鼠肺纤维化动物模型,通过检测大鼠肺组织中TGF-131、TNF-a的表达水平,探讨茯苓、薏苡仁、冬瓜仁治疗肺纤维化的疗效机制,为茯苓、薏苡仁、冬瓜仁的临床应用提供实验依据。方法:清洁级健康雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为6组,每组12只,除正常对照组外,模型对照组、醋酸泼尼松组、茯苓组、薏苡仁组、冬瓜仁组以支气管内注射博莱霉素的方法制作肺纤维化动物模型,于造模后第2天给予相应药物干预;观察大鼠一般情况,给药后14天处死6只大鼠,28天处死余下大鼠,采集动物肺组织
