5、ingthefourfactors,elevenassumptionsareputforward,andtheconceptualmodelisalsoestablished.Basedontheinternationalscale,combiningtheestablishedindexsystem,thequestionnairewith31questionsismade.ThesurveyaboutquestionnaireisexecutinginShaanxicoalmine,weusetheSPSS16.0softewaretocalculatether
6、eliabilityandvalidityofthequestionnaire,theresulthaveshownthatthereliabilityandvalidityisacceptable,thedatacanbeusedinfurtherresearch.Wespecifiedtheconceptualmodel,establishingtheinitialmodel,usingthe(SEM)structuralequationmodelapproachtotestthereasonablenessoftheinitialmodel,usingtheA
