3、身优势，利用外部机会，不仅关系其自身发展，而且也是关系危废处置行业的大问题。本文首先简要介绍了危废处置行业的背景和现状，然后通过对风华环保公司的现状分析（内部环境分析、外部环境分析），指出了风华环保公司发展的优势和劣势。同时应用SWOT战略分析模型，分析了河北风华环保服务有限公司的发展战略，对所选战略进行了选择与评价，确定了企业的总体战略。最后对风华环保公司的前景进行了预测，并提出了实现发展目标所采取的措施。关键词企业管理发展战略河北风华战略评价矩阵IAbstractAbstractHebeiFenghuaEnvironmentalProtectionS
