2、背景下考察，首先从食品召回的基本理论入手，分析食品召回制度的相关概念、理论依据、探究食品召回制度的法律属性和现实功能，其次是对我国食品召回制度的现状的分析，包括立法现状与实践运行现状,发现我国食品召回制度存在的问题；继而考察了域外的食品召回制度，概括其现状与特点以及对完善我国食品召回制度的借鉴意义；最后，是对我国食品召回制度的发展展望，针对食品召回制度存在的问题，在借鉴国外先进经验的基础上，结合我国实际，对完善我国的食品召回制度，提出自己的看法和见解。关键词：食品安全；食品召回；食品监管；制度完善作者：郭曼指导老师：杨海坤IAbstractStudyonFood
