1、中南民族大学法律硕士学位论文（非法学类）摘要针对频发的食品安全事件，本论文从我国食品安全现状入手，通过分析造成我国食品安全现状的可能原因和严重后果，引出了本论文的研究目的——完善我国的食品召回制度。本论文的立论基础是我国的食品召回制度还不完善，不能满足保障食品安全的客观要求。论文以此为基点，以食品召回制度为中心，以食品安全事件和食品安全立法为依据展开论述。论文内容共分为五个部分：第一部分简要介绍了我国的食品安全现状，分析了造成我国食品安全问题的各种可能原因；第二部分着重梳理了食品召回制度的立法动因、食
2、品召回制度的主体和对象；第三部分着重分析了我国食品召回制度的现行规定及不足之处；第四部分对比分析了美国和澳大利亚两国的食品召回制度，并指出了他们的食品召回制度值得我们借鉴的地方；第五部分则对完善我国的食品召回制度提出了几点建议。论文的创新之处有：制定统一的《产品召回法》；定期发布食品安全信息。笔者在写作过程中采用了文献研究、案例引证、对比分析、概括归纳等研究方法，并自始至终秉持着完善我国食品召回制度，预防食品安全事故，保护消费者合法权益的核心理念。关键词：食品召回，食品安全，食品监管，食品立法I我国食
