1、南京林业大学硕士学位论文我国林产品期货市场发展研究姓名：俞小平申请学位级别：硕士专业：林业经济管理指导教师：聂影20050301中文摘要我国林业产业面临困境，林产品供需矛盾突出，木材供给成为林产品发展的瓶颈。因此，亟待加大科技和资金投入来提高人工林的产量和质量，实施森林可持续发展经营。但是，营林业遇到产品价格体系扭曲、缺乏风险管理工具以及流通环节税费过高等问题，从而抑制了民营资本等的投入，束缚了营林业的发展。通过价格发现、套期保值、信息传递等功能，林产品期货在部分程度上解决这一问题。本文通过林产品期货的必要性、可行分析，指出目前条件下推出林产品期货合约的不利条件，提出推出林

2、产品期货合约的路径选择以及有关政策建议。文章在阐述林产品期货概念的基础上，总结了国内外林产品期货的发展状况，认为我国推出林产品期货很有必要。但是，由于我围林产品现货市场的基础薄弱、林业产业的市场化程度不高以及人们对期货的认识不足，林产品期货只能进行部分品种的试点，而不宜大规模推出。最后，本文提出了恢复胶合板期货的试点，待条件成熟后逐步开通木材、新闻纸等林产品期货的路径选择，并提出了加强期货理论的探讨，林业产业市场化改革的政策建议。关键词：林产品、期货、发展RE坳以玎de∥呻4P删。触吻岫”甜旃翰知AbstractTheconflictofwood—productsuppli
