1、中文摘要报纸印刷的产业基地——报业印务中心是随着报纸印刷业的迅速发展而出现的一种新型工业建筑类型。作为工业建筑，报业印务中心有一般工业建筑的共同特征；同时由于报纸印刷业独特的产业特点，又有其独特的个性。本文试图通过全面、深入地剖析，论证报业印务中心建筑的构成与发展规律。本文分为六章，在研究现代报业、报纸印刷技术的基础上，分析影响报业印务中心建筑设计的主要因素；通过对报业印务中心建筑的构成与设计的分析，阐述报业印务中心设计的一般规律，指出主体厂房功能组织的关键是实现工艺流程的建筑化；通过分析国内具有引导意义的典型报业印务中心建筑实例的，结合现代工业建筑的发展状况，总结我国目前报业印务中心建筑

2、的发展趋势，即：注重，可持续发展的趋势、高技术和技术密集化的趋势、工业与民用建筑一体化的趋势、建筑风格多元化的趋势、建筑设计人性化的趋势、追求建筑文化性的趋势；分析我国报业印务中心建筑设计发展面临的问题及对策，并对其未来的发展作出了高科技属性更加明显，文化性、综合性更加突出的展望；最后，结合实际工程设计实例，作了实践性的总结探讨。．希望本文能对进行此类工程建设与设计的人员有所参考，为我国正在蓬勃发展的报业印务中心建设，提供理论上的支持。关键词：报业印务中心设计规律发展趋势ABSTRACTNewspaperPrintingCenter,thebaseofnewspaperprintingin
