2、超过2.96GBq(80mCi)的限定(80mCirule),转变为服”I48h后肺组织的照射剂量率限定。1O例DTC弥散性肺转移患者,服用7.4GBq”I后采用连续显像法计算各时间点肺及全身的放射性计数,将放射性计数转化为百分摄碘率,拟合肺及全身的时间一放射性活度曲线,据曲线获得”I在体内的代谢动力学参数。按照服131I48h后肺组织的照射剂量率限定值,计算允许给予患者的。I活度。结果按照80mCirule和MIRD体系,”I治疗DTC弥散性肺转移,服”I48h后肺组织的照射剂量率应不超过46.4mGy/h。依据剂量率限
