3、stantgAisdiscussed.Toillustrateweapplyourresultsto(anti)neutrinodeuteriumdis-integrationandtoppfusioninthesun.Thelimitofvanishingelectronmassisconsidered,andasimpleformulavalidforEobs>∼1MeVisobtained.Thesizeofthenuclearstructure-dependenteffectsisalsodiscussed.Finally,weconsiderCCtr

5、ftheatmosphericneutrinos[1]canbeinterpretedasanevidencethatmuonneutrinosbornintheatmosphereoscillateintotauneutrinos.Atthesametime,numerousmeasurementsofsolarelectronneutrinofluxeshavebeenpointingtowardneutrinooscillationseversincetheHomestakeexperiment[2].Theevidenceforoscillationo
6、fsolarneutrinoshasbeenstrengthenedrecentlywiththeresultsfromSudburyNeutrinoObservatory(SNO)[3,4]thatareindependentofthesolarmodel(SSM).Withtheevidenceforoscillationsathand,theaccuratedeterminationoftheneutrinomassesandflavormixinganglesisthemostimportanttaskforneutrinophysicsatprese
7、nt.Carryingouttheaboveprogramrequiresaccurateknowledgeofthecrosssectionsofthereactionsusedforneutrinodetection,andtheStandardModel(SM)radiativecorrections,whichtypicallyshifttheleading(tree)ordervaluesby3-4%,mustbetakenintoaccount.Completeone-loopSMradiativecorrectionstotheCCandneu
