1、广西师范学院硕士论文网络时代新闻舆论监督对策研究II广西师范学院硕士论文广西师范学院硕士论文网络时代新闻舆论监督对策研究摘要党的十八大报告中明确提出：“建立健全权力运行制约和监督体系，加强党内监督、民主监督、法律监督、舆论监督，让人民监督权力，让权力在阳光下运行。”新闻舆论监督作为我国监督体系的重要组成部分，是公民政治权利的重要内容，也是实现公民权利的主要手段和途径，要把握好、发展好、引导好新闻舆论监督特别是网络监督的发展进程。新闻舆论监督历来是人民密切关注的重点，是党和政府高度重视的问题。在互联网出现以前，舆论监督的主要职责由传统媒体来执行，由于网络、手机等多种媒体的运用，使得传统媒体的受众
2、不断减少，传统媒体的舆论监督强度和效应也在不断降低，传统媒体舆论导向地位的缺失也势必会给网络舆论监督带来一定的影响，如果这些问题不能得到有效的解决，那势必会影响新闻舆论监督的进程和效果。本文正是基于这样的背景下，主要谈论了网络时代，传统媒体和网络媒体的舆论监督发展状况，从传统媒体发展到网络媒体新闻舆论监督内容、形式、效果等的演进、在演进的过程中传统媒体舆论导向变弱、网络媒体混乱等问题，最后提出加强传统媒体和网络媒体的结合，形成网络媒体为先锋，传统媒体为主导的舆论监督模式，提高舆论监督的理论效应和实际效益。以期能引起社会对我国新闻舆论监督研究的进一步关注，充分发挥新闻舆论监督在推动社会进步方面的
