1、专家型数学教师殷伟康的专业成长路程及启示摘要中文提要本文采用质的研究方法中的个案研究法,对常熟市尚湖高级中学数学特级教师殷伟康进行个案研究。通过研究他的教育思想、成长路程及成长因素,从而构建专家型数学教师特征的结构成分,根据特征对青年教师专业化成长提出建议。本文的主要结论是:殷伟康老师的教学思想:努力构建有效的数学教学,让学生愿学、会学、学好。殷伟康老师的成长路程:(1)职业理想的形成;(2)教育理念的形成;(3)教学实施能力的形成;(4)研究能力的形成。殷伟康老师的成长因素:(1)外界因素,包括生活背景、教育科研、他人期望;(2)内部因素,包括信念、勤奋、毅
