1、华北电力大学硕士学位论文摘要摘要战略实旖已经成为企业进行战略管理的瓶颈，战略是否能得到有效实施决定着企业的生存发展。本文在进行了大量调研分析企业案例及相关资料的基础上，从“匹配”的角度探讨各影响因素对企业战略实施的作用。重点分析了企业领导、组织结构及企业文化与战略的匹配关系及其对战略实施的影响。提出了科学、实用的数学方法这对这三个关键因素进行了定性定量的分析。论文提出的模型，经过实证检验，具有可行性。从而为企业有效实施战略，实现企业的战略目标，获取持续发展提供了参考依据。关键词：企业，战略实施，企业领导，组织结构
