4、rched.ThroughcomparingtestresultsmeasuredbyVEECOprofilometer,theinfluenceoflaserpowerandscanningspeedontheshapesize(radiusanddepth)andqualityofthemicro-groovewereinvestigated.Onthebasisofexperimentalresearch,afiniteelementmodelWasestablishedbyANSYSsoftware,anewnumericalsimulationprocesso
