2、gandtheimprovementoftribologyperformancebymicro—texture.Thereby,itiswidelyconcemedinthefieldoffrictionandwear.Inthisstudy,ZL109aluminium·siliconalloywasmicro-texturedbylaserpeening.Themechanicalpropertiesofspecimensuntexturedandmicro—texturedweremeasured.Thedryfricti
3、onandmixedlubricationfrictiontestswerecarriedoutwiththemicro—texturedspecimenstoresearchtheinfluencelawofLPT.Themainworkisasfollows:1)Inthemechanicalproperties:Thestrengthenmechanismofresidualstress,micro-structureandmechanicalpropertiesWasdiscussedbasedonthetheoryof
4、LPT.Thespecimensweremicro-texturedwithdifferentareadensitiyanddepthtodiameterratiobydifferentprocessingparametersofLPT.Therelationbetweenlaserprocessingparametersandmicro.texturecharacteristics(residualstress,nano-hardness,elasticitymodulus)wasestablishedthroughmeasu
5、ringthemicro-dimplemorphologytoprovidethebasisfortheselectionoffollowingfrictiontestparameters.2)Indryfrictionperformance:Thedryfrictiontestswereaccomplishedtoanalyzethetribologyproperties(averagefrictioncoefficient,instantaneousfrictioncoefficient,weartrackdepth,wea
6、rvolume)ofspecimensmicro-texturedbydifferentlaserpeeningprocessingparameters.Accordingtothedryfriction—weartheoryandtheobservationofwearsurfacemorphology,the(hyfriction-wearmechanismofdifferentspecimensuntexturedandmicro.texturedWasstudied.Theresultshowsthatthespecim
