2、logyperformancebymicro—texture.Thereby,itiswidelyconcemedinthefieldoffrictionandwear.Inthisstudy,ZL109aluminium·siliconalloywasmicro-texturedbylaserpeening.Themechanicalpropertiesofspecimensuntexturedandmicro—texturedweremeasured.Thedryfrictionandmixedlubricationfrictiontestswerecarriedoutwi

3、ththemicro—texturedspecimenstoresearchtheinfluencelawofLPT.Themainworkisasfollows:1)Inthemechanicalproperties:Thestrengthenmechanismofresidualstress,micro-structureandmechanicalpropertiesWasdiscussedbasedonthetheoryofLPT.Thespecimensweremicro-texturedwithdifferentareadensitiyanddepthtodiamet

4、erratiobydifferentprocessingparametersofLPT.Therelationbetweenlaserprocessingparametersandmicro.texturecharacteristics(residualstress,nano-hardness,elasticitymodulus)wasestablishedthroughmeasuringthemicro-dimplemorphologytoprovidethebasisfortheselectionoffollowingfrictiontestparameters.2)Ind

5、ryfrictionperformance:Thedryfrictiontestswereaccomplishedtoanalyzethetribologyproperties(averagefrictioncoefficient,instantaneousfrictioncoefficient,weartrackdepth,wearvolume)ofspecimensmicro-texturedbydifferentlaserpeeningprocessingparameters.Accordingtothedryfriction—weartheoryandtheobserv

6、ationofwearsurfacemorphology,the(hyfriction-wearmechanismofdifferentspecimensuntexturedandmicro.texturedWasstudied.Theresultshowsthatthespecimensmicro.texturedwith30%areadensityand0.092depthtodiameterratiohavethebestdryfrictionperformance31Inmixedlubricationfrictionperformance:Themixedlubfic
