3、ely.ThemachiningqualityandprecisionismuchhigherthanthetraditionalmechanicalhoningSotoreducetheintemalcombustionenginemechanicallossbylasermicro—texturetechnologyhasbecomethefocusofresearchscholars.ThisarticleusednewlasersurfaceprocessingdeviceJDWZX-002develop

4、edindependentlyand45#steelastheprocessingmaterial.Complexmicro-groovemorphologywasresearched.ThroughcomparingtestresultsmeasuredbyVEECOprofilometer,theinfluenceoflaserpowerandscanningspeedontheshapesize(radiusanddepth)andqualityofthemicro-groovewereinvestigat

5、ed.Onthebasisofexperimentalresearch,afiniteelementmodelWasestablishedbyANSYSsoftware,anewnumericalsimulationprocessoflasermicro-texturingwasproposedandmaterialremovalprocessandupdateofcalculationdomainwereachievedintheprocessoflaserablation.Boundaryconditions

6、usedthetestresultsoflaserpower,energydistributionandprocessingparameters.Thetemperaturedistributionandmicro-textures(microcavityandmicrogroove)werestudiedunderdifferentlaserpower,pulserepetitionnumberlaserSCanspeedbynumericalsimulation.Comparedwimtheexperimen

7、tresultsandthesimulationresults,thedifferencesbetweensimulationandexperimentwerelessthan10%,whichillustratedthevalidityandaccuracyofthecalculationmethod.Finallyaftercontrastdifferentprocessingconditionsresults,abestgroupofprocessingconditionswaschoseasmicro-c
