1、摘要由于受到自然环境、社会政治等多种不确定性因素的影响，导致建设工程项目的各种风险空前加大。各种风险共同作用的直接结果就是工程项目的工期延期和成本增加。如何管理控制由各种风险因素引起的工程项目工期延期的风险是近年来学术界关注的问题。本文在对引起工程项目进度滞后的各种风险因素调查分析的基础上，建立了工程项目进度风险管理的贝叶斯网络模型，并给出了模型的推理计算分析方法。主要研究工作和成果归纳如下：(1)在研究过程中通过对影响建设工程项目进度滞后的风险因素进行分类，并设计工程项目进度滞后原因的调查问卷表，对影响项目进度滞后的风险因素进行了广泛的调查。通过对问卷调查的结果进行分析，确

2、定了影响建设工程项目进度滞后的主要风险因素。(2)对贝叶斯网络模型进行改进，定义了建设工程项目进度贝叶斯网络，将工作节点、时间节点等相关节点引入到项目进度贝叶斯网络模型中，并描述了模型中工作的时间参数、各工作节点之间的不确定性关系。(3)在建设工程项目进度贝叶斯网络模型的研究过程中，给出了工程项目进度贝叶斯网络的建模方法、概率推理算法，为工程项目进度风险管理提供了一种新的建模方法及模型求解算法。最后，文章运用工程项目进度贝叶斯网络模型对唐家岭新城配套小学及幼儿园项目的进度风险进行评估预测，结论验证了工程项目进度贝叶斯网络模型的可行性、有效性。关键词：建设工程项目：进度风险；进
