2、ascross-linker.Theoptimumconditionsforpreparationwerefoundasfollows:thebestratioofchitosantoMAwas6:1,pHof9.0,sucroseof2%,epichlorohydrinbyconcentrationof20%,theratioofmethanoltowaterwas1:2.TheFouriertransformIRspectroscopyandScanningElectronicMicroscopewe
3、reusedtocharacterizethesurfacestructureandthephysicochemicalpropertiesofthesorbents.Theefficiencyofloading,washingandeluentsolutionwerebestusing10%methanol-watersolution,distilledwater,4mLmethanolrespectively.Themaximumbindingcapacityofthemolecularlyimpri
4、ntedsolid-phaseextraction(MISPE)reached11.5mg/gwetadsorbent.andtherearetwodifferentbindingsiteswerefoundedbetweenMAandMIPsbythedynamicadsorptionanalysis.Theaveragerecoverywas95.94%withtheCVamongcolumnsof2.90%.After18timesofrepeateduse,therecoveryrateandco
5、lumncapacitybothstillremainedover90%.Thecalculationoftheseparationfactors(p)ofCHI—MIPsshowedthattheimprintedmatrixwasspecificandapproximately10timesgreaterthantheCHI—NIPs.TherecoveriesofMAfrompork,liver,feed,eggswereintherangeof94.26%一106.86%withtheCVless
