1、摘要摘要心理素质是衡量人才的重要指标，大学生心理健康教育作为培养大学生心理素质的重要途径，受到国家的高度重视。我国大学生心理健康教育虽然取得一定成果，但仍然存在许多问题。。本文首先概述了大学生心理健康教育的相关概念，探讨了心理健康教育开展的理论基础，并梳理总结了国外及港台地区的心理健康教育开展情况。其次，通过设计问卷对河北省部分高校的心理健康教育开展情况进行调查，随后对问卷涉及的大学生对心理健康教育的认知、心理健康教育的开展形式、师资建设情况、教育途径和教育内容等五个方面进行了细致的统计分析，描述了河北省大学生心理健康教育的现状并提出了当前存在的

2、问题。最后，以勒温的“场理论”和布朗芬布伦纳的“生态系统理论"为理论支撑，从学校、学生、家庭、社会四个主体十三个方面提出对策和建议，以期构建多元主体的心理健康教育体系促进大学生心理健康教育事业的发展。●本文不仅通过问卷调查获得了河北省大学生心理健康教育的第一手资料，客观真实地反映了当前教育现状，而且对大学生心理健康教育进行了系统化研究，所以对策建议针对性强且更加全面具体，对改善大学生心理健康教育有着重要的参考价值。：关键词大学生；心理健康教育；现状；对策河北科技大学硕士学位论文AbstractThepsychologicalqualityisal
