1、我国转型期社会弱势群体法律权益保护探析中文摘要我国改革开放以来在政治、经济、文化、科学等诸多领域取得了重大发展和进步，整个社会工业化、城市化、现代化进程长足推进，社会繁荣昌盛、人民基本安居乐业，国家进入_二个新的快速发展时期。但在计划经济时代遗留的历史问题、改革过程中带来的社会阵痛及社会贫富分化的扩大等诸多因素综合作用下，导致我们的社会客观上还存在这样那样的问题，其中社会弱势群体法律权益如何保护就是亟待解决的现实问题之一。社会弱势群体法律权益得不到有效维护和保障，将直接影响我国和谐社会的倡导和建立，影响人民群众对改革成果的评价，甚至影响到整个
