3、edbyacasestudyforacommercial,installedcentrifugalchiller.Performancedataweremeasuredbothpriorto,andsubsequentto,chillermaintenancethatimprovedchillerefficiency.Usingtheseexperimentalmeasurements,weshowthatthesimplethermodynamicmodel,originallydevelopedf
4、orreciprocatingandabsorptionchillers,(1)succeedsinpredictingthefundamentalrelationbetweencoefficientofperformanceandcoolingrateforthecentrifugalchiller,and(2)permitsacleardiagnosticanalysisofheatexchangerfoulingonchillerperformance.(Keywords:centrifugal
