1、小学班级文化创建的策略研究【摘要】班级是学生最重要的成长环境之一，学生的全面发展离不开优秀的班级文化。处于成长认知阶段早期的小学生对班级文化的依赖性尤为强烈。因此小学班级文化创建策略的课题研究越来越受重视，本课题的研究目的：第一，为小学班级内的学习生活创造良好的文化环境，使小学生的个性潜能在和谐的班级生态中获得充分发展。第二，促进小学教师专业素质的完善提高，转变教师的教育观念。第三，通过研究丰富小学班级文化建设途径，积累班级文化建设的宝贵经验，响应新课程改革。本文通过文献法以及经验总结法，首先得出班级文化的定义以及创建小学班级文化的基本内容，进而论述了小学班级文化对儿童成长影响的重要作用，
