2、物候学、群落相似性及城市绿化管理的方法对其特性进行调查分析。调查表明：四个住宅小区的草本植物和落叶树木在种类上占优，常绿植物种类较少，藤本植物和彩叶植物种类十分缺乏。根据植物平均高度对其进行分层，各小区均以处于B层（30~60cm）和D层（120~250cm）植物种类居多，处于A层（<30cm）和E层（>250cm）的植物种类较少，处于C层（60~120cm）的植物种类最少。各小区在4月份~11月份之间处于花果期的植物种类居多，在12月份~翌年3月份处于花果期的植物种类较少。四个小区中以奇山小区和塔山小区两个

3、小区之间的群落相似系数最大，惠安小区和塔山小区以及惠安小区和奇山小区之间的群落相似系数分别次之，黄海城市花园和奇山小区、惠安小区以及塔山小区之间的群落相似系数均较小。各小区均以公共绿化来源的植物种类最多，野生来源的植物种类次之，居民栽培的植物种类最少。有100种植物属于四个小区的共有种，它们涵盖了50个科81个属。尽管排序不尽相同，各小区排名前十位的优势科都是：蔷薇科(Rosaceae)、菊科(Asteraceae)、蝶形花科(Fabaceae)、百合科(Liliaceae)、禾本科(Poaceae)、十字花
