1、安徽农业大学学报,2009,36(4):533—537JournalofAnhuiAgrl’culturalUniversity滁州鲫雌核发育的细胞学研究徐广友,万全,袁兆祥,马明发,凌武海,吴泊君(1.滁州市水产技术推广中心站,滁州239000;2.安徽农业大学动物科技学院,合肥230036;3.滁州市渔场,滁州239000;4.滁州市水产研究所,滁州239000)摘要:研究产于安徽省滁州市城西水库的滁州鲫是否行雌核发育繁殖。对滁州鲫辛×滁州鲫5及滁州鲫早X红鲤6受精卵进行细胞学研究,结果表明:(1)在刚产出的成熟卵细胞内没有发现极体,在
2、精子入卵约l5—16min后(水温为18—20~C),单个极体被排出;(2)在受精卵内,精核保持凝聚状态,没有形成雄性原核;(3)精子入卵20min后,卵核形成雌性原核,在第一次卵裂前没有观察到雌性原核与呈凝聚状态的精核的融合;(4)同源与异源精子激发滁州鲫卵的发育过程基本相同,异源精子能进入滁州鲫卵细胞并激发卵核形成雌性原核,并进行正常胚胎发育,其鱼苗正常,无畸形和无杂交性状的鱼苗。研究表明,滁州鲫为雌核发育鱼类。关键词:滁州鲫;红鲤;雌核发育;细胞学中图分类号:$965.117文献标识码:A文章编号:1672—352X(2009)04-
