1、中国医师进修杂毒19年1月25日第33卷第3期ChinJPostgradMed,January252010,V01.33,N0.3·7·临床论著·哮喘儿童红细胞补体受体1基因多态性及红细胞免疫功能的研究冯金环秦璞蒋玉红【摘要】目的研究哮喘儿童红细胞补体受体1(CR1)基因多态性与红细胞免疫功能的相关性。方法利用限制性内切酶HindⅢ、聚合酶链反应(PCR)~q定65例哮喘儿童(哮喘组)和28例健康儿童(对照组)红细胞CR1基因多态性,采用红细胞C受体花环率(RBC—C3bRR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC.ICRR)~tJ定两组儿童的红细胞免疫功能,并进行比较。
2、结果哮喘组CR1基因高表达基因(HH)、中表达基因(HL)和低表达基因(LL)型分布频率分别为43.08%(28/65)、36.92%(24/65)和20.00%(13/65),对照组分别为78.57%(22/28)、17.86%(5/28)和3.57%(1/28),两组CR1基因型的分布频率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。哮喘组RBC—C,bRR明显低于对照组(P<0.01),RBC.ICRR明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。哮喘组中,HH型的RBC.C3~RR明显高于HL型,HL型的RBC.c3bRR又明显高于LL型(P值均<0.O1);HH型的RBC—IC
