2、minationanddifferentiationfactor-1,ADD1)基因与人类和鼠的脂肪细胞分化具有确定的连锁关系。在脂肪细胞分化过程中,ADD1与转录因子PPARγ和C/EBP发挥着关键的作用。本研究克隆了保守DNA序列并用PCR-SSCP和直接测序法鉴定其多态性。同时,选择136头猪作为实验群体来探索其与肉质性状的关系。多态性分析发现:在第二外显子内一个导致错义突变的SNP,该SNP在实验群体内分布不平衡,未检测到AA基因型。相关分析结果显示,ADD1不同基因型间在肌内蛋白(MP)和肉色(MC)存在显著(P<0.05)的差异;肌内脂肪(IMF)存在极显著(P<0.01)的差异。
