4、han430074,China)Abstract:TheconvertionofacidoiltobiodieselbyuseofimmobilizedCandidalipaseabsorbedontextileclothwasstudiedinafixedbedreactor,whichcannotonlyreducetheenvironmentalpollutionofacidoil,butalsoproduceasubstituteforpetroleumdiesel.Theacidoilmixedwi
5、thmethanolwaspumpedintothreefixedbedreactorsinseries,andthemethanolwasaddedwiththemolarflowratesameastheacidoilineachreactor.Theeffectsofenzymecontent,solventcontent,watercontent,flowrateofreactantandtemperatureontheenzymaticreactionwereanalyzed.Theresultof
6、orthogonalexperimentsindicatesthattheoptimaltransesterificationcanbeperformedunderthefollowingconditions:immobilizedlipasecontentinacidoil,20%;hexanecontentinacidoil,10%;watercontentinacidoil,10%,reactiontemperature,50℃;andflowrateofreactant,0.08g/min.Under
7、theseconditions,theFAMEcontentof90.18%intheproductisobtained.Theimmobilizedlipasecanbereusedwithrelativelystableactivityafterglycerolbeingremovedfromthesurface.Byrefining,mostofthechemicalandphysicalpropertiesofbiodieselwillmeettheAmericanandGermanybiodiese
8、lstandardsandexceed#theChinesestandardof0petroleumdieselexceptforcarbonresidue,densityandkinematicviscosity.Keywords:immobilizedlipase;acidoil;biodiesel;fixedbedreactor酸化油是油脂工业中以皂脚、油脚经酸化处理速度相对较慢,设备要求高。
