3、specificformsofteachingmotivationareteachingenthusiasm，teachingattitudeandteachingbehavior．Ithasabigimpactnotonlyonactivating，maintainingandadjustingteachers’teaching，butalsoonstudents’learningmotivationtoagreatextent．Englishteachers，especiallyseniorhighschoolEnglishteachers，playanessent

4、ialroleintheentireteachingfield．However，thepresentstudiesfromdomesticandoverseashavemainlyfocusedonthelearningmotivationofstudents，butfewresearcheshavebeenconductedonteachers’teachingmotivation．Underthisresearchbackground，thisstudyappliesthequestionnairemethodtoinvestigateteachingmotivat
