3、heconsortium’srecentspeechgrammarworkingBasedonownexperienceswithanapproachaimingatdraftspecification.TheW3CspecificationisbasedonthecontrollingspeechunderstandingviasuchafeaturebasedJavatmSpeechGrammarFormat(JSGF)definedbySununificationgrammarformalism,wediscusstheJSGFmodelMic
4、rosystemsandis-withallgoodandbadqualities-(section2)withfocusonsemanticrepresentation(2.1),characterizedbytraditionsofformallanguagetheory.Ina"missing"lexiconstructure(2.2),andambiguityandconstructivespirit,wesuggestsomepossibleimprovementsexhaustiveparsing(2.3).The"alternative
5、"unification-basedbasedonnaturallanguagetheory.Thesuggestionsconcernapproachisbrieflyoutlined(section3)answeringsomeofthecompoundfeature-basedsemanticpresentations,lexiconmostobviousquestionstoaskfromthepointofviewofstructure,ambiguity,andexhaustiveparsing,formallanguagetheory:
