3、ynamicsindisorderedsystems.WetreatthesedynamicsintermsofaBrownianoscillatormodelandcalculatetheKerreffectresponse.Itisshownthatfrequency-selectivebehaviourcanbeexpected.Intheinter-estingcaseofunderdampedvibrationalmotionwefindthatthefrequency-dependenceoftheph
