2、AABSTRACTaddsextracognitiveloadtothecognitivelyintensivedrivingtask.Therefore,newnavigationtechnologiesarenotneces-Tripplanningandin-vehiclenavigationarecrucialtasksforsarilyeffective.easierandsaferdriving.TheexistingnavigationsystemsareDrivingisafocus-attentionmulti-taskprocess.Thedriverbasedon
3、machineintelligencewithoutallowinghumanknowl-needstodistributeattentionamongdifferentaspectsoftheedgeincorporation.Thesesystemsgiveturnguidancewithprocess.Firstofall,thedriverneedstopayattentiontoissuesabstractvisualinstructionandhavenotreachedthepotentialdirectlyrelatedtodriving,includingthesur
4、roundingtraffic,ofminimizingdriver’scognitiveload,whichistheamountdashboarddisplays,andotherinfluxofinformationontheofmentalprocessingpowerrequired.Inthispaper,wede-roadsuchastrafficlightsandroadsigns.Inaddition,thescribethedevelopmentofamultimediasystemthatmakesdrivermaychoosetotalktothepassenger(
5、s),listentothedrivingandnavigationsaferandeasierbyofferingtoolsforradio,andtalkonthecellphone.Thelimitingfactorforin-routesharingintripplanningandvideo-basedrouteguidanceformationflowduringdrivingisthedriver’scognitiveload.duringdriving.ThesystemprovidesamultimodalinterfaceAlthoughtherearemanyway
6、stopotentiallyreducethecog-forausertosharehis/herroutewithothersbydrawingonnitiveloadofadriver,inthispaperwepresenttwoconcepts,adigitalmap,naturallyincorporatinghumanknowledgeintoroutesharingandvideo-basednavigation,toenhancenavi-thetripplanningprocess.Thesystemgivesdrivinginstruc-gationeffectiv
7、enessandconsequentlydrivingsafety.Routetionsbyoverlayingnavigationalarrowsontolivevideoandsharingtechniquesprovideawaytoaddhumanknowledgeprovidingsynthesizedvoicetoreducethedriver’scognitiveintotripplanning.Thesharedlandmark
