2、，随访3个月。计量资料采用t检验，等级资料用Wilcoxon秩和检验,计数资料采用卡方检验或Fisher确切概率法检验（P<0.05）。结果：两组患者在手术时间、术后疼痛、肛门水肿、排尿及排便情况、切口愈合时间等方面，经统计学分析有显著差异。而在术后出血、内痔脱垂、肛门功能指标等方面，两组间无显著差异。结论：胶圈套扎术与Milligan-Morgan术相比操作简单，缩短手术时间，术后舒适度优于对照组，疼痛明显减轻，小便不畅及尿储留情况减少，恢复较快。与传统Milligan-Morgan术比较，疗效相当，并发症少。胶圈套扎器械经改进后为一次性消毒使用，方便携
