3、dprojectcasesinthefirsttwosections.ThethirdsectionofthepaperhighlightssomeofthekeychallengesfacingPPPsinChinafollowingsomeconsiderablecontroversiesandexperiencesinthedeliveryofpublicserviceandinfrastructuredevelopment.Hence,giventhemanylimitationsofPPPsandcomplexdeals,it

6、odeliverpublicinfrastructure-basedservices,aswitchfromtraditionalpublicprocurementmethodstoprovisionofinfrastructure.ManycountrieshavereleaseditspolicyonPPPs,andChina’srelativelynewinjoininggovernmentsaroundtheworldinexploringanddevelopingPPPshaspotentialduetotheinternal
