7、.Hisresponsewasthattheinitialconsultationwouldhavetobeledbythemasthefocuswouldbeonwhattheywouldputforwardintheirformalplanningapplications.TheywouldcommissiontheirownconsultantsbutJCwouldexpectthenewUnitaryCounciltobeabletoinfluencethescopeandcontentandseekreassuranceabouttheindep
