3、uthThamesCrossroadsisanindependentvoluntaryorganisationandisaffiliatedtotheNationalCrossroadsCaringforCarersscheme.Theyprovidepracticalsupportandahome-basedrespiteservicetothecarersofadultsandchildrenwhohavecareneedsasaresultofdisabilityorillness.TheyalsoprovideclubsandactivitiesforYoungCarersan

4、dchildrenwithphysicalorlearningdisabilitiesKeyResponsibilitiesThepostholderwillberesponsibleforfinancialandcontractmanagementaswellasstatisticalanalysis.Theywillcontributetostrategicplanningandfundgeneration,andberesponsibleforthemanagementoftheadministration,andITsystems.Thisrolewillincludeanum
