2、2290321研究目的:本实验通过建立去卵巢大鼠模型,研究有氧运动对去卵巢大鼠骨骼肌IRS一1蛋白表达的影响和干预效应。研究方法:以7月龄SD雌性大鼠48只为实验对象,按体重随机无差别分为4大组。4大组分别是假手术组(SHAM),去卵巢对照组(Or),去卵巢长期运动ExO组,去卵巢长期运动Ex48组,每组12只。其中两个运动组的大鼠1周适应性训练后(10min/day),进行正式的为期12周的不负重游泳训练,并按制定好的训练方案进行,每周训练6天。实验结束后再次称量大鼠体重;使用全自动生化分析仪测定血清中葡萄糖和甘油三酯浓度;采用ELISA酶标法测试血液胰岛素;采用western咄10ttin
