1、网络环境下国有企业青年员工思想政治教育研究摘要思想政治教育是我们党一直坚持的主导性教育工作,关系着国家和社会的稳定和繁荣发展,而国有企业是社会主义中国的经济命脉,作为国有企业生力军的青年员工的思想政治教育工作的重要性显而易见。现代社会中,计算机使用的普及、信息网络化的趋势为国有企业青年员工思想政治教育提供了更加丰富的资源和更加广阔的平台,同时也不可避免地带来了巨大的挑战。怎样充分利用网络环境和资源开发出新的教育内容和途径,怎样应对网络时代的严峻挑战、帮助员工树立正确的价值观成为我们亟需解决的问题。本论文以湖南中烟常德卷烟厂
2、及其多元企业青年员工为对象进行了广泛而深入的问卷调查和访谈调查,通过对网络环境下国有企业经营状况、管理模式、思想政治教育方式、内容以及效果和青年员工的思想动态、生活状况、兴趣爱好、精神诉求等进行了解和剖析,探索如何充分运用网络工具和资源,开放思想开拓视野,在以人为本、与时俱进的原则上创新和完善思想政治教育的形式、内容,在切实解决员工实际问题的基础上提升思想政治教育的效果,进而实现员工的全面发展和企业的做大做强。关键词:思想政治教育国有企业青年员工网络环境暨南大学硕士学位论文AbstractIdeologicalandpol
