1、南昌供电公司继电保护安全管理问题与对策研究摘要“企业兴衰,成在安全、败在事故”,这是多年来实践中总结的道理。继电保护和安全自动装置作为实现电力企业安全生产的一道重要防线,其安全管理工作的好坏直接影响到江西南昌供电公司各项指标的实现。特别是近年来随着电力体制改革的不断深入,将企业推向市场的新形势下,搞好生产一线安全管理工作尤为重要。本文首先通过对最近几年南供继电保护事故及不安全事件进行统计分析,结合电网安全管理的原理和行业各项规章制度,从组织管理和技术管理两个角度研究其在安全管理上的不足。然后借鉴国内外各企业
