1、常用梅毒螺旋体抗体免疫检测方法的比较分析(武警四川省消防总队医院四川成都610000)【摘要】目的：探讨不同梅毒抗体检测方法的特异性、灵敏性，为临床医师合理选择梅毒血清抗体检测方法提供参考依据。方法:主要是使用梅毒苯胺红不加热血清反应素试验(TRUST)、梅毒螺旋体特异性抗原血清实验(RPR)、梅毒螺旋体血凝实验(TPHA)、梅毒酶联免疫吸附测定(TP-ELISA)以及梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集实验(TPPA)这五种检测方法来检测免疫标木且是阳性的280例，通过对五种检测方法的比较来分析存在的阳性率、灵敏性以及特异性。
2、结果：结果表明ELISA组中是属于阳性的比率最高达到了99.29%，比TPPA检测略低之外，都优于其他三种检测方法(均P&It;0.05)，但是出现的假阳性率存在较高，达到了10.72%,而应用TPPA进行检测的假阳性率是最低的为0.00%,明显优于其他四种检测方法(均P<0.05);TRUST的检测结果显示其灵敏度(85.62%)以及特异性(88.64%)都是属于最低的,这组检测结果明显低于其他四种检测方法(均P<0.05)o结论：五种方法比较后得知，ELISA是作为检测梅毒中最为理想的检测方法，
