1、标准化病人联合案例教学法在《内科护理学》教学中的应用效果南华大学附属南华医院【摘要】目的探讨标准化病人联合案例教学法在《内科护理学》教学屮的应用效果。方法随机抽取本校2012级护理专业屮4个班的学生为研究对象,其屮2个班为对照组,2个班为试验组;其屮对照组学生人数为107人,试验组学生人数为113人。对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用标准化病人联合案例教学法进行教学;比较两组学生理论成绩、护士执业考试通过率、学生对《内科护理学》课程的认识和兴趣及教学满意度。结果通过标准化病人联合案例教学法在《内
2、科护理学》教学屮的应用,相比对照组学生,试验组学生对《内科护理学》满意度明显提高。试验组学生《内科护理学》平均理论成绩显著高于对照组,分别为77.72±9.08分和74.79±10.84分,P二0.030。试验组和对照组学生参加全国统一护士执业考试分别为69.81±10.79分和63.67±9.14分,P二0.001,且试验组学生护士执业考试通过率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)o结论标准化病人联合案例教学法可提高学生对《内科护理学》教
