1、甘肃省医药产业专利战略的制定及实施状况的调查研究摘要知识产权是企业的无形资产，对于技术主导产业来说，专利是企业生存和发展的重要决定因素。在当今知识经济时代，企业专利战略已正逐渐成为当今时代知识经济发展与运行的基本要素及重要保证，成为推动与保护企业的重要法律制度。甘肃省的经济发展相对缓慢，科技水平不高，专利现状与发达省份相比有较大差距，推进和加强专利战略就显得尤为重要。本文以甘肃省制药产业支柱企业的专利现状为视角，选取有代表性的六家制药企业，从专利战略的角度调查研究其专利现状，发掘专利现状背后存在的原因，并对凸显的问题进行浅要的分析，最后对制药产

2、业专利战略的开展提出意见和建议。本文共分为三个部分：第一部分，从甘肃省工业结构概况入手，对甘肃省医药企业概况进行简要分析。第二部分，从整体上分析总结甘肃省专利现状，再具体到医药企业专利现状分析，并从调研企业中选取六家企业作为研究对象进行阐述。第三部分，对甘肃省医药企业存在的问题进行分析，从专利意识、自主创新能力、专利管理机构、专利制度等方面进行阐述。第四部分，通过对前三部分的分析归纳总结，针对甘肃省医药企业存在的问题，提出具体的对策和建议。关键词：医药产业；专利；战略；保护TheStudyofGansuPharmaceuticalPatentS
