1、摘要上世纪80年代木，约翰斯通教授提出成本分担理论，由学生负担一部分教育成本成为世界范围内的普遍做法。随之带來的学费快速上涨现象，使得确保低收入家庭的学生拥有均等的入学机会成为一个重要问题。世界各国在高等教育学生资助方面进行了大量研究和探索，积累了很多成功的经验。而对我国來说，随着上世纪90年代以来高等教育规模的迅速扩大，急需借鉴先进经验完善我国高等教育学生资助制度。加拿大高等教育学生资助制度经过几十年的发展，得到了联邦政府的大力支持，其资助类型多样，覆盖范围广泛，实施过程规范，法律保障健全，形成了一种完善的制度。先进的理

2、念和科学的管理方法，充分保证了所有的学生都享有平等的受教育权，为其高等教育普及化做出了很大贡献。论文以加拿大高等教育学生资助制度为研究对象，运用文献、历史和比较的研究方法。在对其发展历程进行回顾的基础上，着重对其现行资助的方式和结构进行梳理，分析其运行机制和实施效果，总结其高等教育学生资助制度的主要特点，并为完善我国高等教育学生资助制度提供借鉴。论文包括四个部分。第一部分为绪论，说明了选题的背景、研究目的和意义，相关文献综述，关键概念的界定以及研究的思路和方法。第二部分回顾了加拿大高等教育学生资助制度的发展历程，分别介绍了
