2、aneffectiveandfeasiblemethodtodealwithsuchamaterialwhichishardtoprocess,inwhichthemillingforcecanbereducedeffectively,andthetoolwearsslowly.Laserassistedmicromillingforceisstudiedinthreeaspectsinthispaper,i.e.theoreticalmodel,thefiniteelementsimulationandtheexperiments.Wit
3、hthetipradiusasonecriterionforevaluatingthedegreeoftoolwearing,thetoolwearconditionintheprocessoflaserassistedmillingisexplored.Onthebasisofanalysisabove,therelationshipbetweencuttingforceandtoolwearisalsostudied.Inthispaperthemechanicsmodelofmillingforceintraditionalmicro
4、millingprocessisestablishedwhichisbasedontheclassicmillingforcemodel.Thenonthisbasisofthemodelabove,laserassistedmicromillingforcemodelisconstructed,inwhichthematerialmechanicalpropertiesandtheinfluenceoftheradiusoftooltiparetakenintoconsideration.Thematerialpropertieschan
5、geasaresultoftemperaturefieldchange,andthetooltipradiuschangesasaresultoftoolwear.Forlaserassistedmicromillingforcessimulationinthispaper,finiteelementsimulationsoftwareABAQUSisused.Firstly,vonmisesofthematerialunderdifferentpreheatingtemperaturearestudiedthrough3dsimulati
6、on.Secondlylaserscanningsimulationisconducted,andthesimulationresultsshowthatinaverysmallzonetherangeoftemperaturechangeissmall.Hence,non-steadytemperaturefieldofthecuttingtooltipissimplifiedtothesteady-statetemperaturefieldofthecuttingtooltip.Asaresult,thenon-steadystatet
7、emperaturefieldsimulationissubstitutedbythesteady-statetemperaturefieldsimulation.Finally,thesimulationresultsarecombinedwiththe3dmillingmodel,whichresultsinthemillingmodelinlaserassistedmicromilling,andthefurthersimulationresultsareoutput.Themillingforceofthelaserassisted
