2、iveandfeasiblemethodtodealwithsuchamaterialwhichishardtoprocess,inwhichthemillingforcecanbereducedeffectively,andthetoolwearsslowly.Laserassistedmicromillingforceisstudiedinthreeaspectsinthispaper,i.e.theoreticalmodel,thefiniteelementsimulationandtheexperiments.Withthetipradiusaso
3、necriterionforevaluatingthedegreeoftoolwearing,thetoolwearconditionintheprocessoflaserassistedmillingisexplored.Onthebasisofanalysisabove,therelationshipbetweencuttingforceandtoolwearisalsostudied.Inthispaperthemechanicsmodelofmillingforceintraditionalmicromillingprocessisestablis
4、hedwhichisbasedontheclassicmillingforcemodel.Thenonthisbasisofthemodelabove,laserassistedmicromillingforcemodelisconstructed,inwhichthematerialmechanicalpropertiesandtheinfluenceoftheradiusoftooltiparetakenintoconsideration.Thematerialpropertieschangeasaresultoftemperaturefieldcha
5、nge,andthetooltipradiuschangesasaresultoftoolwear.Forlaserassistedmicromillingforcessimulationinthispaper,finiteelementsimulationsoftwareABAQUSisused.Firstly,vonmisesofthematerialunderdifferentpreheatingtemperaturearestudiedthrough3dsimulation.Secondlylaserscanningsimulationiscond
6、ucted,andthesimulationresultsshowthatinaverysmallzonetherangeoftemperaturechangeissmall.Hence,non-steadytemperaturefieldofthecuttingtooltipissimplifiedtothesteady-statetemperaturefieldofthecuttingtooltip.Asaresult,thenon-steadystatetemperaturefieldsimulationissubstitutedbythestead
7、y-statetemperaturefieldsimulation.Finally,thesimulationresultsarecombinedwiththe3dmillingmodel,whichresultsinthemillingmodelinlaserassistedmicromilling,andthefurthersimulationresultsareoutput.Themillingforceofthelaserassistedmicromillingiscomparedwithitscounterpartoftheconventiona
