3、shavealreadyachievedbetween50anddirectlyastemplateforpyrosequencingbythe454Life75%completionofgenomesfromunculturedsinglecells,Sciencesmethod.WhileMDAfromsinglecellslosessomeofandmethodimprovementsarepromisingtoimprovethegenomicsequence,thisapproachwillgreatlyaccelerateuponthisfurther.Recentworkhas

4、alsodemonstratedthepaceofsequencingfromunculturedmicrobes.Thethepowerofsingle-cellsequencingtorevealthepresencegeneticallylinkedsequencesfromsinglecellsarealsoaofgenespredictedfromenvironmentalandphysiologicalpowerfultooltobeusedinguidinggenomicassemblyofstudiesevenfrompartialdraftgenomes.Thegenomi
