2、我国实际情况，提供了可供运用的方法，这些方法已经被北京京泰实业集团公司高层决策使用，并取得良好的效果。(2)企业价值评估的会计调整。企业价值评估应用的资料来源于会计核算，会计核算遵循的是会计准则和会计制度。不可避免产生会计核算资料和财务分析数据的差异，应对会计资料在运用上作必要调整。(3)以公司战略和公司理财的交汇点，开展以价值评估为基础的价值管理，即开掘提高企业价值的途径。本文所采用的研究方法是：(1)用数学模型研究经济问题并且和定性分析相结合的方法(2)在会计分析方法中，将会计资料调整，以适应数学模型的应用。【关
