2、鸣、眩晕的改善情况。结果两组治疗后纯音测昕均有明显提高，与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05)；治疗组耳聋、耳呜和眩晕治疗的有效率分别为89．8％、89．3％、93．8％，对照组分别为76．6％、76．9％、78．6％，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论前列地尔配合早期高压氧治疗突发性耳聋、耳鸣效果理想。[关键词】前列地尔；高压氧；听力受损者[中国图书资料分类号】R764．437[文献标志码]A[文章编号】1002-3429(2010)04-0314-03ClinicalInvestigationonEffectsofL
