1、华中师范大学硕士学位论文中国参与国际机制：历史逻辑、现实选择与问题分析姓名：李长亮申请学位级别：硕士专业：国际关系指导教师：韦红20070515⑧⋯MASTER⋯'STHE螂内容摘要冷战结束后，全球化和信息化迅猛发展，世界各国之间的相互依赖程度不断加深。国际机制作为调节国与国之间相互关系、增进各国共同利益的有效途径和方式，受到世界各国的高度重视。随着国际机制对国际政治经济活动影响的不断扩大，国家的生存和发展越来越难以离开对国际机制的依赖，融入并利用国际机制拓展国家的生存和发展空间，已经成为越来越多国家的理性选择。如何对待国际

2、机制，是中国走向国际化和现代化过程中必须慎重处理的战略问题。本论文分为五个部分。第一部分，通过回顾近代以来中国与国际机制相互关系的历史，论述中国参与国际机制是一个历史性的必然结论；第二部分，从当前中国面临的国内、国际压力等角度分析论述中国参与国际机制的现实依据；第三部分，在上述两部分的基础上，该部分进一步论述中国参与国际机制的方式选择问题。经过分析比较，文章认为选择积极参与的方式最符合当前中国的基本国情、实际能力和现实需要：第四部分，深入分析了当前和今后一段时期内中国在参与国际机制过程中将会遇到的各种各样的困难和问题；第五部
