3、ndinnovationdevelopmentinconformitywiththerelevantpatentprovisions.Thirdlywecanseethatstatutesandrulesrelatedtothebiologicalgeneticresourcesprotectionarevariousandtedious;whatismore,itinvolvesdifferentandalotofgovernmentdepartmentrangesfromnationalleveltolocalgovernmentle

4、adingtolowadministrativeefficiency.Andonthecontrary,thebenefit-sharinglegislationisvacant;asaresult,thelegalsystemofChinesegeneticdisclosuregeneticdemonstratesstronglegaleffectssothatthepatentclaimwillbeturneddownwithouttheaccordancewiththedisclosurerequirements.Anditwill
